Rings are covered for life against structural breakage under normal use. Wear from resizing by a third party or normal wear-and-tear on comfort items like chains is not covered.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery; items can be opened but must be in original condition, return postage is on you, and an $8 restocking fee applies. Exchanges within 30 days, including for a different size, carry no restocking fee.

Every order has 2 business days of processing, then delivery takes 1-7 business days in the US, 6-10 in Canada and 8-15 everywhere else. You get a tracking email as soon as it ships.

Customs or duty charges are uncommon but depend entirely on your country's import rules; they are set by your customs authority, not by us, and are not included in the order total.
