Warranty Policy

Lifetime Warranty

We are proud to announce that we will be providing lifetime warranty on all rings purchased.

The warranty covers broken rings only and does not cover tarnishes, scratches, damage caused by normal wear and tear, and loss of the ring.

We will evaluate your claim and usually get back to all support emails within 2-3 business days.

Please note that all claims will be honored at the discretion of MugenSense and we reserve the right to refuse or replace any customer claims.

 

How to Submit a Claim

You MUST contact us at support@mugensense.com and send us an image of the damaged product in order to process your claim. If you are you are not able to send us an image of the damaged product we will not be able to process your claim.

When emailing, please mention your order number and "warranty" or "claim" in the subject line.
