Products & Pricing

It is uncommon to have customs or duties charges for your order but it highly dependent on your countries rules and regulations. 

Please keep in mind:

  • Customs/Duty charges depends on the import laws in your country
  • Note that MugenSense is not reponsible for any custom fees, please check the import rules and regulations for your country 

Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to offer 30-day, no questions asked returns if you are not happy with your order. 


Please send us an email so that we can help resolve any issues or for faster processing of your refund.


In order to refund your order, you must meet the requirements below:

  • All returns must be mailed within the first 30 days of receipt
  • A 10% restocking fee applies on all returns
  • Returned items may be opened but must be in their original condition
  • Customers are responsible for return postage

Once the above conditions have been met, we will issue a full refund.

In order to exchange your product, you must meet the following conditions:

If you've already placed your order and would like to cancel please email us at as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot promise that the order hasn't already shipped as we usually ship within 1-2 business days. If the order has already shipped, a 10% restocking fee and return postage costs may apply.

If you would like to exchange your order for whatever reason (sizing, color, etc.), please contact us at and we'll get back to you within 2 business days. Note that orders that have already shipped may be subject to a 10% restocking fee and return postage.

Products that are not marked as 'made to order' should arrive within 6-25 business days of after the order has been fulfilled (note that it can take 1-2 business days for the order to be fulfilled).


Products that are marked as 'made to order' can take up to 30 days to arrive due to the time it takes to produce the ring and ship it from our manufacturers.


Note: if the description in the product page does not say made to order than the product is not made to order.

You should receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Note that you will only receive a tracking number if you paid for tracked shipping.

If the size of the ring you have doesn't fit, please visit our exchange page for more information on exchanging your order.

Unfortunately we do not make half-sized rings. In addition, if you are looking for a ring size that is below 6 or above 12, it is unlikely that we have them available.

If the product description page says 'made to order', you can shoot us a message at with the desired ring size and we can check if we can make a size not listed on our website for you.
