Is my pendant covered by a warranty?

Pendants are covered for manufacturing and structural defects. Chains are wearable parts that stretch and move with daily use, so chain wear, stretched links and clasps are not covered.

Can I exchange or return a pendant?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery; items can be opened but must be in original condition, return postage is on you, and an $8 restocking fee applies. Exchanges within 30 days carry no restocking fee.

How long does shipping take?

Every order has 2 business days of processing, then delivery takes 1-7 business days in the US, 6-10 in Canada and 8-15 everywhere else. You get a tracking email as soon as it ships.

Will I be charged customs or duties?

Customs or duty charges are uncommon but depend entirely on your country's import rules; they are set by your customs authority, not by us, and are not included in the order total.

Does the pendant arrive gift-ready?
