Our rings are tungsten carbide or titanium - both nickel-free and hypoallergenic. Tungsten is near scratch-proof with a premium heft; titanium is about 45% lighter and the safest choice for very sensitive skin.

Do your rings come with a warranty?

Yes. Every MugenSense ring carries a lifetime warranty against structural breakage under normal wear. Scratches, cosmetic wear and damage from misuse or modification are not covered.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery; items can be opened but must be in original condition, return postage is on you, and an $8 restocking fee applies. Exchanges within 30 days carry no restocking fee.

How long does shipping take?

Every order has 2 business days of processing, then delivery takes 1-7 business days in the US, 6-10 in Canada and 8-15 everywhere else. You get a tracking email as soon as it ships.

How do I find my ring size?

Use our Ring Sizing Chart and Guide (linked in the footer) to measure at home. Every ring order includes a 30-day size guarantee: if the fit is wrong, we exchange it for the right size.

Does my order arrive gift-ready?

Yes. Every piece ships in a MugenSense jewelry box with a pouch and polishing cloth, so it is ready to give the moment it arrives.
