Warranty Policy
Lifetime Warranty – Rings
We proudly offer a lifetime warranty on all MugenSense rings.
Our tungsten and titanium rings are crafted for durability and built to last. If your ring experiences a structural break under normal use, we will replace it.
What Is Covered
- Structural breakage of the ring band
What Is Not Covered
- Scratches, tarnishing, or cosmetic wear
- Damage caused by misuse, impact, or modification
- Lost or stolen rings
- Normal wear and tear
All warranty claims are reviewed by our team. We typically respond within 2–3 business days.
Limited Warranty – Necklaces & Pendants
Our pendants are covered under warranty for structural defects.
Chains are not covered under warranty.
Chains are wearable components and naturally experience tension and movement over time. For this reason, broken chains, stretched links, clasps, or general chain wear are not eligible for replacement.

- Structural defects in the pendant itself

- Broken chains
- Clasp damage
- Chain stretching or separation
- Cosmetic wear
- Loss of item
If your pendant has a manufacturing defect, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
How to Submit a Claim
To submit a warranty claim:
- Email our support team.
- Include your order number.
- Attach clear photos of the damaged item.
- Use “Warranty Claim” in your subject line.
Claims without photos cannot be processed.
All claims are handled at the discretion of MugenSense.
